What you will do

  • Greet and assist every customer in a timely, friendly manner, while also completing a full-circle-walk-around vehicle inspection and obtain vehicle information
  • Write up customers' vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order
  • Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications
  • Provide cost estimates for labor and parts, establish “promised times”, and obtain customers signatures on the repair order
  • Schedule service appointments with customers, as well as contacting them during the appointment with any changes in the estimate, promised time, or with additional repairs needed
  • Review repair orders to ensure completion and close them as needed
  • Ensure vehicles are parked in assigned areas
  • Explain completed work and all charges to customers

What you need
