What you will do

At Woodhouse, we live to Passionately Serve By Providing An Experience That Exceeds Expectations. You will passionately serve Woodhouse’s mission and your customers by committing to give every individual the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

  • Greet and assist every customer that enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
  • Explain and fully demonstrate the benefits of each vehicle, as well as the optional equipment
  • Maintain product knowledge of new, used, and certified pre-owned vehicle warranties
  • Write sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
  • Present pricing information to customers and negotiate the terms of a sales agreement when closing deals
  • Follow up on in-bound telephone inquiries, walk-in prospects, emails, and post-sales
  • Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests and matching those to various models
  • Stay up-to-date on inventory and available incentives
  • Load all contacts into eLead
  • Attain and stay current on certifications required by the manufacturer

What you need

  • A team spirit
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Valid driver's license without three moving violations in the last three years, no DUI, not under a suspended license
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Knowledge of eLead preferred
  • Knowledge of Kelly Blue Book, NADA, AAX, Price Driver, and other trade guide sites preferred
  • Strong follow-through skills
