Part-time: M,T,Th 4-8pm & Sat 8am-5pm

Job Summary

Intercepts and routes incoming calls, takes thorough messages, and provides basic information to callers in a courteous and professional manner.

What you will do

  • Answer all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transfer them to the appropriate person or department quickly, or operate the dealership paging system to call individuals to the phone
  • Minimize the time callers are on hold and check back with them frequently to ensure they wish to continue holding
  • Take detailed messages when call cannot be completed and deliver to appropriate party in a timely manner
  • Develop knowledge of basic dealership information in order to respond to callers who have general inquiries
  • Update and distribute dealership phone directory as needed

Other Duties

  • Help with special projects as needed
  • Perform clerical duties as assigned including filling, faxing, and copying
  • Handle incoming dealer trades, assigning stock numbers and inputting them into the computer
  • Deliver mail to sales department

What you need

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Mandatory attendance
